I first saw this ship, was during my visit to the femes Kota Tinggi Pasar Malam, which I think you can just slash it off your must-visit list, seriously. yeah, it does have the length but the quality, meh.

we saw this sign (pretend you see invisible T) from afar and its unique exterior of the restaurant did managed to catch my attention. this life-size hull of a ship claims to serve the best steak in town. I have always wanted to have a taste of it, its location deter me from doing that.
the boy brought me there for dinner in conjunction of my BigDay
.

if you squint your eyes, you can see that the crews are clad in maritime uniforms.

apparently they have branches in KL too

waited patiently for our food to be served. tick-tock tick-tock.

the cutlery and the logo.

coconut to quench our thirsts.
I know I know, coconut is a not-so-perfect complement to western food. but I have a sudden craving for it…it’s my BigDay remember? so I can have whatever I want, I know it’s weird though.
we were served bread first. I actually find their bread berry puffy and soft and it’s good even without the salty butter.

Appetizer which consists of shrimps + salad + dressing = we were appetized after being zested up by the lemon
then Russian Borscht was being served *insert an imaginary picha of it* or you can click here to look at a lot of it hehe. I don’t remember mine was that reddish though

my main – Grilled Air Flown Fresh Salmon Steak served with mini salads and French fries
I tend to order fish (grilled salmon or fish and chips) whenever I dine in western restaurant. u can see that I am not so adventurous when it comes to food
. the whitish cube atop is parsley butter which I initially thought is cheesie =.=. this was just okay, or mediocre, nothing muchy to shout about.

his main – Charboiled Rib Eye Steak served with vegetables, corn on cob and baked potato
he wanted it half rare and it was soooo tender, juicy and succulent! no wonder it’s one of the chef’s recommendation la…

cheat one ship’s wheel
I tried to spin it and of course it didn’t moved at all cos it’s roped. damn paiseh the kiddoes must be laughing hard at me

all in all, it’s a place you have to try it out when you are in Penang. it however reminds me of cruise haha
